Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Small things done perfectly makes you a big man/woman. So just don’t dream only of big things, start doing small things with utmost care.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Everything is a play, if you understand just this; there is no need of any other knowledge.

Q: Can we change prarabdha karma?

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Some things in life we can change, some we can’t. But we can pray for things we can’t change, then grace flows and what is not possible also becomes possible.

Q: While meditating I see a pink light in the middle of my eyebrows. Does it mean anything?

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: In meditation you can have many experiences. Sometimes you smell a fragrance, sense a warm touch, any of the five senses can get activated, that is ok. Don’t need to pay too much attention to it. Any experience we take it as they come and move on.

Many times my intention is not wrong

Q: Many times my intention is not wrong but my action is wrong. Will I accumulate any bad karma for that? 

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: If intention is right then don’t worry about it. Though action does have its repercussions, but it is not much when the intention is right

Q: Could you give me reason why faith gets shaken during difficult times in life? 

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Faith remains in you. Faith is in the center core, and doubt is only on the circumference. They sometimes come like clouds and obscure you, but they really cannot destroy the faith.

Every major decision has many uncertainties

Q: Every major decision has many uncertainties. How do we develop the ability to make the right decision that works for the present and also for the future? 

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Intuition, Intuition and Intuition. And how do we awaken our intuition? It happens through meditation. I think I said this in my last tweet before this session.

DRUG ADDICTION

Q: I am 21 years old, how can I stop my drug addiction? I want to stop drugs. I don’t like to take drugs but I can’t control. Every time I think I won’t take drugs I end up taking them. 

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: There is no point in giving advice to someone who cannot implement it. Best thing is to go the de-addiction centers. Stay some time there. And there are de-addiction centers which teach Sudarshan Kriya and meditation and help people come out of it very fast. This has helped hundreds and thousands. So do that. Sudarshan Kriya will definitely help you.

How would you define full maturity in a human being

Q: How would you define full maturity in a human being? 

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: A smile that does not wither away, a confidence that doesn’t get shaken, a compassion that never dies down and a youthfulness of spirit which is alive all the time would define it for me.

What do I do that everyone likes me

Q: What do I do that everyone likes me? 

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Don’t try to make everyone like you. It is enough for that One to like you. How far will you go to make everyone happy? No. You make your own Self happy, satisfied. Make God happy. You just have to make that One happy.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: It’s ok. If I come in you too then it will be great!
